Ground floor

A welcoming hallway greets you as you enter the property, leading through to a separate kitchen. The kitchen is completely fitted with branded white goods, appliances, storage space, and granite worktop surface area.

The living room features a dining area with lots of room for the family to eat together. The living room and dining area both provide access to a shaded terrace and garden via sliding patio doors. The terrace has a brick barbecue area in place. Completing the ground floor is a WC.

First floor

A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor of the house where you will find two double sized master bedrooms. Both rooms are luxury rooms with en-suite bathrooms attached and private balconies enjoying tremendous views.

Attic floor

The attic floor has two further bedrooms, airy and bright bedrooms with enough space to sleep two persons with ease. There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower, and a spacious roof terrace ideal for relaxing and winding down the day.

Garden and external details

As you leave via the living room, there is a large shaded terrace for relaxing and spending time in the shade during the baking hot afternoons. The garden is laid to lawn and easy to maintain, steps from the terrace lead to the poolside area. A driveway is available at the side of the house.
