With large front and back terraces, the house is ideal for permanent living in Turkey and is found in Koca Calis, a quiet area close to a beach and just a short driving distance from Fethiye Town and larger shopping facilities.
Ground floor
As you enter the ground floor you will find a cloakroom and open plan designed living area consisting of the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with high quality granite worktops and has lots of cupboard space for the weekly groceries. The living room features a relaxing open stone built fireplace in the centre and is ideal for cosy evenings in. From the living room you can access to back terrace overlooking the garden. Completing the ground floor is a master sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom attached.
First floor
Take the stairs to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms. Bedrooms are cosy and comfortable, and share access to a family sized bathroom. All bedrooms are a large size and have lots of windows, creating a bright and airy bedroom with lots of privacy. Some of the bedrooms have access to private balconies overlooking the garden below.
Attic floor
Currently, the attic floor is being used for storage, however there is potential to convert the attic into a master sized bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and dressing room – making the property ideal for someone looking for more room.
Garden and external details
The villa is situated within a private plot with spacious garden. At the front and back of the house you will find spacious terraces where you can relax and enjoy some shaded area to cool down.

Location in Calis
The villa is located in Koca Calis, a quiet area within the Calis area of Fethiye and one that is popular amongst expats and those looking to indulge in peaceful living whilst being just minutes away from larger areas and the beach.
Within Koca Calis you will find a wonderful beach full of water sports activities. It is possible to walk from the beach down towards Calis promenade where you will find a range of shops, cafes, and quality restaurants.
For those with a car it is easy to transport yourself to supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and everything else you will find close to Calis, while Fethiye Town is just a short car or bus ride from your home.
