About the project

The project is a boutique development of only 11 stone houses located within a huge six hectare land plot in Yalikavak – the gem of the Bodrum Peninsula, assuring complete privacy for those looking for exclusivity, all villas enjoy massive plots measuring between 4,000m2 – 5,000m2.

Initially starting as a project to search for the ideal family home, the project was extended to a total of 11 villas, all designed to immerse peacefully into the natural surroundings with huge plots and careful planning at every stage.

The properties are constructed using local Hekim Koy stones and pays homage to the historical stone architecture of Bodrum’s past, creating houses that stand out for all the right reasons.

About the villa

Inside the property you will find a huge living area measuring 900m2 in total. As you enter you will notice the 4.5m vaulted ceiling with wooden beams in the living room and 75m2 master kitchen with barrel vaulted exposed brick ceiling.
