The property has nine bedrooms, all en-suite. It was built originally as an exclusive, very private and personal villa. Set within large gardens and natural scenery, the villa is located off the beaten track and is the perfect opportunity for someone to escape and relax at one with nature. Ground floor

There are two en-suite bedrooms located on the ground floor. In the middle of the ground floor there is an open courtyard. Doors open out to large terraces, balconies, and the garden area.

First floor

The top floor is home to a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a Juliet balcony overlooking the internal courtyard and up towards the mountain. It also has amazing views from the windows and a large terrace that overlooks the whole valley to the mountains where the sun sets. Also on this floor is another large en-suite bedroom with balcony and the same views towards the sunset. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning units, double glazed windows, and/or French doors.

Pool deck

Downstairs on the lower pool deck you will find five en-suite bedrooms. There is a laundry room and boiler room also located here. Completing this level is a gym, a separate toilet, and a shower room. There is also a room (as yet unfinished) for use as a sauna or steam room.

The nearest beach is only 10 minutes away; giving you everything you need within easy travelling distances.
