This outstanding complex comprises of two buildings which have 20 residential units. There are 16 two bedroom apartments and 4 four bedroom penthouses.

The apartments

The apartments offer a living space between 100m2 – 112m2, which is divided between the open plan American style kitchen, living room, two good sized bedrooms , two fully equipped bathrooms and either two or three balconies.

The penthouses

The penthouses have two floors and offer living space that totals between 166m2 – 175m2. The lower floor has an open plan kitchen and living room with balcony and two large bedrooms complete with balconies and en suite bathrooms. The top (roof floor) has two further good sized bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms and a superb roof terrace that totals 18m2.

Exterior/Communal Features

The complex is set on a hillside and has a pine forest to the rear and the most outstanding view to the front of the Mediterranean Sea, coastal strip, the city and also the castle of Alanya. One would really be hard pressed to find better views. The fabulous beach is just 250 metres from the complex and easily accessible on foot.

The communal areas of the complex include a large swimming pool and children’s pool, stunning sun terrace and beautiful landscaped gardens. There is also private parking places onsite. 

There is also a caretaker in residence to attend to all of the communal areas keeping them clean, tidy and attending to any repairs or maintenance that may be required. All residents are required to contribute a small nominal fee which is approximately 60 Euros for these onsite caretaker services.

Location

These stunning residences are located in Kargicak, Alanya. The beach is just a short walk and there are many other things to see and do nearby.
