Turkey’s first domestic electric vehicle maker, Togg, has announced that it has delivered almost 50,000 vehicles to customers since it first launched deliveries in 2023, marking a huge success for the brand so far.
49,676 Togg electric vehicles on the road
A statement released by the company said: “49,676 Togg T10X on the road. We introduced 30,093 T10X’s to our users in 2024. More in 2025.”
Togg first launched deliveries to customers in 2023 with 19,583 units of its T10X model sold throughout the year. The data shows that sales increased by 53% when comparing 2023 to 2024 with 30,093 total units sold in 2024.
EV’s to make up 30% of auto market in 2025
Ali Bilaloglu, CEO of the Turkish auto exporter and distributor, Dogus Otomotiv, said that electric vehicles are estimated to make up 30% of Turkey’s total auto market sales by the end of 2025.
This was backed up by data from November 2024 showing that sales of hybrid and electric vehicles in Turkey took a 35.8% market share as momentum increases. This stemmed from increases in Togg sales, as well as the entry of new Tesla models and Chinese EV makers to Turkey.
Togg manufacturing new models
Currently, the T10X SUV is the only model being sold by Togg. The company has announced plans to manufacture four other models – a T10F fastback, C-hatchback, B-SUV, and a B-MPV by the end of 2030.
At a technology and aviation event in Turkey, the company announced its fastback sedan model, the T10F, along with a new colour of its T10X model and new promotional campaigns.
842 Togg charging stations in Turkey
Togg also increased its charging network. Data released showed that there are now 842 charging stations in the country’s 81 provinces. Each charging station has two sockets for 1,684 sockets in total.
