Inside the villa: 

Located on a corner plot for high privacy, the rear entrance to the main house opens to reveal the marvel inside – as soon as you walk in you will notice the stunning open plan design as the amazing interiors take you aback. 

Downstairs:

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and access to the garden and poolside area. All rooms have spectacular sea views. 

Upstairs: 

Upstairs you will find 3 large master sized bedrooms all with en-suite Jacuzzi bathrooms and dressing rooms. The bedrooms also incorporate luxury extras such as a private office area in the master suite and huge balconies with sea and island views in the distances. Quality wooden flooring is present throughout the home, and beautiful and tasteful decorations make this villa ready to move in immediately. There is an amazing fire place and a remarkable sunken living room area that needs to be seen. 

Outside the villa: 

Sitting in a large 5,000m2 plot, surrounding the villa is lovely gardens and green views stretching almost forever, the sea views are spectacular, you can almost touch the sea from your bedroom window – the idyllic blue sea being at your fingertips just a few minutes away. There is a large private infinity swimming pool, and when we say large, we mean large – measuring an impressive 15 metres, you can marvel at the sea views whilst taking a morning dip in the pool or watch the sunset over Bodrum while sipping on glass of champagne in your huge mature gardens which are colourful and exotic. Underneath the swimming pool is a luxury sauna and wellness area – to the left of the poolside area is an entertainment area with seating available surrounded by stunning glass. There is a bar and outdoor lounge area found within the gardens which leads down to the beach and platform area – this area is big enough for 6-8 sunbeds.

Private jetty and beach platform:

There is the utmost luxurious private jetty which you can reach from your garden by walking down the steps to the sea. The platform is furnished with cushioned seats and promises you the best views you could ever imagine. For those of you who enjoy sailing, it is possible to moor a boat for easy access to some of Europe’s best and most well known sailing routes – discovering hidden coves and caves along your way.

Guest house:

There is a separate guest house located on the grounds, this could be used as a residence for friends and family who come to visit, or could be used as a staff house for a groundskeeper or a maid.

The mansion is found in Turkbuku, the neighbourhood is widely recognised as the most elite within all of Bodrum, you will be surrounded by luxury mansions and villas – a paradise within a paradise. The property is found within a small secluded bay, meaning that privacy is ensured and a tranquil lifestyle at your own pace is yours – those of you who like to adventure out, a 3 minute boat ride will take you to Turkbuku centre, while Paradise Bay is just 10 minutes away, and the brand new Yalikavak Marina is just 15-20 minutes away; the location is prime and privileged, you will struggle to find reasons to want to leave. Overall, this is simply an amazing house – no word could do this any truer justice.
