The Location

Set on the beach front in Konyaalti the apartment benefits from the glorious golden sands and crystal blue waters. Konyaalti Beach is one of the two main beaches in Antalya with the other being Lara beach. The beach is located on the west side of the city and stretches from the cliffs to the mountains. There is the beach park close by and many bars, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. The transportation links offered at Konyaalti Beach are excellent and getting around and exploring the area could not be easier to negotiate. The nearest airport is only 20 minutes away, while a 40 minute drive will see you arrive at skiing resorts. 

Rental potential

A home purchased within this project would command a healthy rental income between 6-10% per annum in income for investors. Antalya is a hotspot for tourism and as such, rental income tends to be higher than normal.
