These properties form part of a small complex in a residential area of Akarca in Fethiye and there are just three villas in total – one detached villa and two semi-detached villas. Stairs lead up to the first floor where three bedrooms are located. One of the rooms has its own en-suite private bathroom attached and balcony with an excellent view. There is a family bathroom on this floor. Upstairs again, the attic floor is home to the master bedroom of the house – a tremendous room with en-suite bathroom and storage.

Location in Fethiye

Located in the popular and highly residential area of Akarca in Calis, these villas are just a short walk away from the nearest park and promenade where restaurants, shops, and bars can be found.
