Constructed over four floors, the villa is nestled away in the village of Ciftlik and is within five minutes to the famous Calis Beach and promenade lined with restaurants, bars, and things to do all year round.

Ground floor

The ground floor enters into a large sized kitchen with beautiful marble worktops and plenty of space for storage. The kitchen leads off to a living room with dining area, providing a relaxing area for all the family to eat together. At the heart of the lounge is a wood burner with double doors leading out to balconies. Completing this floor is a WC bathroom.

First floor

Stairs lead up to the first floor of the house where three bedrooms are located. All rooms are double sized and have their own en-suite private bathrooms attached. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets and private balconies with lovely views heading out across the garden and pool.

Attic floor

Upstairs again, the attic floor offers a further three bedrooms. All bedrooms are a good size and have access to a roof terrace with the best views of the home, stretching out across the surrounding nature. Completing this floor of the villa is a family bathroom with powerful walk-in shower.

Lower floor

Downstairs, the lower floor of the villa houses four bedrooms and could be used as guest suites for friends and family to stay in Turkey. One of the rooms has its own en-suite private bathroom attached.

Located in a residential area, this property is nestled away in Ciftlik and is just a short walk away from the village centre where daily amenities and groceries can be found, while a little further provides access to the seaside. A five minute drive provides access to the lively resort of Calis Beach and its promenade lined with restaurants and bars. Public transport is nearby for moving towards the main town of Fethiye within ten minutes or less.
