Location in Kalkan:
The villa is located in the Kisla district of Kalkan and is close to Club Patara and just a 20 minute walk from Kalkan Harbour. This is a very highly desired area in Kalkan and as such, you could expect high rental returns if you wanted to rent your home out during peak summer months. With an established rental record, it could easily achieve up to 2,200 Euros per week in peak season from June to September, and up to 1,200 Euros in off peak season.
