A charming boutique holiday complex, the grounds feature one main three bedroom villa and six fully fitted apartments all equipped for use by holiday guests, apartments ranging in size from one – two bedrooms.

Main detached villa

The main villa offers 110m2 of internal living area and offers three spacious bedrooms, including two en-suite master rooms and one family bathroom. The property has an open plan internal design and is completely furnished including all white goods.

The main villa could be used as an owner’s retreat for living within the site, or could become part of the business for larger families travelling to Calis and seeking accommodation to suit their needs.

Six apartments

There are six guest apartments within the complex, ranging from:

- There are two apartments offering two bedrooms, measuring 65m2 for small families travelling to Calis for holidays. These apartments are furnished throughout with all white goods and necessities.

- There are four apartments offering one bedroom, these flats measure 45m2 and are also furnished with white goods and decorations.

All properties carry their own individual TAPU, meaning that there are seven TAPU’s in total.

Garden and external details

Outside, you will find a large private 72m2 swimming pool and separate children’s pool. There is an external shower for rinsing off before heading home, along with a marble patio for relaxing and sunbathing on the beds and tables. Adjacent to the pool you will find a poolside bar and shaded area for cooling off.

Set within a mature garden, your guests will love the surrounding nature including laid to lawn grass, various trees such as: olive, orange, lemon, and fig trees, and lots of plants and bushes creating the perfect cosy environment outside. A covered Ottoman seating area and fish pond create a Turkish ambience in the garden, while a wash room, laundry room, and commercial kitchen complete the external details of the grounds. Off street parking is available for guests who have their own cars, while there are also seven bicycles within the grounds for those looking to get around Calis.

Location in Calis

Located just a short distance to the sea, the complex enjoys superb views across the surrounding mountains from all sides, and you will be able to walk to the famous promenade and beach within 10-15 minutes. Close by there are excellent transport links taking you around the local area where you will find a full range of facilities including: supermarkets, gym, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and everything else that your guests would like to have close to them.
