About the villa

As you enter the home you will find a large dining area and lounge. The lounge has a beautiful log fire and gives you access to the lower terrace of the property. A separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for family meals, including all white goods and a breakfast bar.

There are four double sized bedrooms, including a master room with en-suite shower and sink. Some of the bedrooms have access to terraces. There are two bathrooms. Under floor heating has been installed throughout the home.

Upstairs on the first floor you will find a huge shaded terrace covering the entire front of the villa. The terrace overlooking the pool and has one of the most beautiful views stretching out towards Akkaya Lake.

The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport and can be reached within a 15 minute drive, providing you with ample flight options to Europe. Gocek town is only 20 minutes away and is home to a marina and other facilities, while Fethiye Town centre can be reached within 40 minutes and has plenty of shopping facilities and international quality amenities.
