This detached villa is nestled in a residential area of Karagedik in Fethiye and has lovely views of the surrounding nature and greenery – five minutes away from everything needed on a daily basis. This is one that you do not want to miss out on.

Ground floor

The villa enters on the ground floor into a spacious open plan designed living room with offset dining area and kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the area with natural light, while sliding doors open to the garden and swimming pool. Completing this floor of the home is a bedroom with access to the garden, and family bathroom with shower.

First floor

A staircase leads up to the first floor where two bedrooms are located. Both of the rooms are double sized and could sleep two people in each. One room is a master bedroom with its own en-suite Jacuzzi bathtub. The second room has its own en-suite shower. Both rooms have access to balconies with peaceful views.

Attic floor

Upstairs again, the attic floor is home to the final two bedrooms of the house. With five rooms in total, this villa could easily sleep up to ten people at once. Both of these rooms are double sized and have access to a bathroom. Attic terraces have commanding views of the natural surroundings.

Garden and external details

The villa is situated within its own private plot of land and exits to a landscaped garden providing space for barbecues. Sunbathing, or relaxing. At the centre of the garden is a swimming pool for cooling down during the peak hours of the day. Parking is available for two vehicles.

Located within the residential area of Karagedik, this villa is surrounded by nature views and is just a short five minutes driving distance away from daily amenities including supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and shops. Calis Beach and its famous promenade can be driven to for long afternoons spent at the seaside or evenings socialising with friends at popular bars. Public transport runs nearby for moving around towards the main town centre of Fethiye for shopping malls, schools, and hospitals.
