Ground floor
The villa enters on the ground floor into an open plan designed living room with offset dining area and fitted kitchen. Sliding doors open from the lounge and kitchen to a terrace looking out across the garden and pool. A large bedroom is found on this floor with its own en-suite private bathroom. Completing this floor is a guest WC bathroom.
First floor
A staircase leads up to the first floor where three further bedrooms are located. This house could easily sleep a family of six – eight people at once. One of the rooms has its own en-suite private bathrooms attached. Two of the rooms have private balconies with views of the natural surroundings. Completing this floor is a family bathroom with shower.
Roof floor
Upstairs again, the roof floor has a glass en-closed area ideal for use all year round. Sliding doors open to a roof terrace with sweeping views of the surroundings – ideal for sitting, relaxing, or sunbathing with lots of privacy.
Garden and external details
Outside, a private garden is easy to maintain with landscaped grass and areas for sitting or sunbathing. At the centre of the garden is a swimming pool for cooling down during the peak hours of the day. The plot is walled and accessed via a remote door. Parking is available for two vehicles.

Located in the Uzumlu area of Fethiye, this detached villa is just a short drive away from the village centre. Uzumlu Village centre offers boutique shops, daily stores, authentic Turkish restaurants, and things to do.
