This villa is located within a boutique project consisting of just five luxury-designed detached villas. The lower ground floor of the home offers a luxury indoor swimming pool – available to use all year round. Next to the pool is a bar, along with a relaxing sauna and fully equipped Turkish Bath. Completing this floor is a bathroom and bedroom. This level is ideal for socialising and spending time with friends.

Garden and external details

Outside, a private plot of land offers plenty of space for socialising or sunbathing. At the heart of the garden is an outdoor swimming pool for cooling down. The garden features a built-in seating area and firepit. Parking is available for vehicles.
