Kerry, Ireland

At the top end of the budget, 160,000Euro is the asking price for a three bedroom cottage style property in Kerry. The home has its own private garden and is within driving distance to local amenities and daily shops.


Kalkan, Turkey

With views heading out across the sea and its own private swimming pool, 160,000Euro is the asking price for a three-storey house in Kalkan, Turkey. The property has a private garden and parking space. Inside, an open plan layout includes a fireplace on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the next two floors. Available as completely furnished, the villa has views out towards Kalkan Bay.


Charente-Maritime, France

158,050Euro is the asking price for a five bedroom south-facing house in the French village of Villeneuve-la-Comtesse. The M32 and M4 Motorways are both easily accessible for transport.
