FACILITIES & LOCATION
Inside there are 5 luxury bedrooms, each double sized and designed to take advantage of the natural light. All bedrooms also have an en-suite bathroom.
Ground floor:
There is a large living room that opens on to a kitchen. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
First floor:
Two en-suite bedrooms are located here. There is also a further master bedroom with a Jacuzzi bath on this floor.
Attic floor:
A further 2 en-suite bedrooms on this floor, although one could be called as a master bedroom and has access to a large roof terrace with spectacular views to enjoy year round.
Lower pool level:
Below the pool there is a space which could be converted into a guest house for friends and family when they come to visit. It could also be used as a maid’s house if wanted.
Garden and external details
Outside the property there is a large private swimming pool, the pool area is extremely spacious with lots of decking and space for everyone. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi which is perfect for relaxing in during the cool nights. There are several sunbathing areas where you can catch the Turkish sun. There is also a private garden.
The design of the villa is relatively modern and with an open plan style feel to it. There are high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass windows throughout, to add to the spectacular views already attained and to take advantage of the natural light on offer.
