The villa will forever stay as a waterfront home with great sea views as, in front of the home is a green belt area meaning that no properties will ever be built in front of this villa.
The villa:
The villa is a large sized 3 bedroom home, you can expect great sea views from almost every room sea-facing inside the house – it has a unique design and is a split level villa, meaning that it is half set upstairs and half set downstairs – something that needs to be seen to be truly appreciated.
Upon entering the house you will notice the large open plan style living room with modern minimalist interiors and a clean, crisp finish throughout. The design has been undertaken to ensure the home is bright and airy and as much natural light welcomes the inside as possible.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a nice en-suite bathroom and access to a large balcony with superb views over the sea and surrounding areas.
From the living room you can also go downstairs, this is what we mean by split level, the lower level is home to a further two bedrooms – one being a second master room and another being a twin bedroom. The second master bedroom has access to a nicely presented courtyard in front of the home and faces out to the sea ensuring spectacular views.
Outside the villa:
There is a private swimming pool and decking available where you can catch the sun rays in your own garden. Stairs lead down to the shared jetty area where the calm waters mean it is possible for you to plot your boat right outside your home during the day, making it easy to enjoy excursions with the family exploring some of Europe’s best and most sought out sailing routes.
