Payment process

1. Secure your property with a £3,000 reservation fee to take the home off the market and sign the contract. Buyer will leave a POA with an English speaking property specialist and independent solicitor.

2a. 10% down payment two weeks later if the buyer doesn’t want to register the land in their name at the beginning. With this option, the title deed registrations of the land and the property will be made upon completion.

OR

2b. 40% down payment to register the land to the buyer’s name at the beginning of the project – villa will take around 7-8 months to complete.

3. Remaining balance will be paid as agreed in the contact over a period of 8 months in installments.
