Located in the heart of the Sian Ka’an Bisophere Reserve, the Casa Ikal beach villa overlooks a peaceful and pristine stretch of the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Tagomago Island

Ibiza
This villa is located on its own private island off the coast of Ibiza. You can step off the boat and into your own private world of beach and sunshine.
The villa is designed in typical Ibizan style, with an emphasis on outdoor living. Huge glass walls that slide back to admit sea breeze and sunshine, and large terraces around a huge swimming pool.

There are five luxury bedrooms, each with a large window and incredible views of the Mediterranean and Ibiza. Facilities include a sauna and a bar.

Sovalye Island Villa

This gorgeous seafront home is located on Sovalye Island, an oasis of calm just ten minutes from the hustle and bustle of Fethiye, a Mediterranean town on Turkey’s southern coast. The villa is designed to allow its occupants to experience the Mediterranean sun and skies - and of course, sea, as the villa’s slightly elevated position means incredible, uninterrupted sea views.

Outside there is ample decking and terraces and a beautiful infinity pool. Inside, there is plenty of room for guests with four bedrooms including a master with a jacuzzi bathroom, four bathrooms and plenty of balconies.

The villa is a sailor’s paradise, with its own private jetty and its proximity to some of the best sailing in the Mediterranean.

Seminyak, Bali
This large villa is located on the surf beach of Seminyak, on Bali’s southwest coast. Kayaking, kitesurfing, diving, snorkelling, sailing - this villa is ideal for those who like active holidays. It’s a ten-minute drive to some good restaurants, and there are always local markets if you ask around.

Sea Horse Cottage

Greece
This small but perfectly formed cottage has only room for two - perfect for romantic holidays on the shore. Because you’re not allowed to build within 60 metres of the shoreline in Greece, this pint-sized fisherman’s cottage was once illegal. However, after an amnesty six years ago the cottage was finally permitted to be renovated, and it is now habitable. It’s not the lap of luxury, with white walls and wooden floors, but it’s isolated, pretty and right on a beach backed by a wild hillside covered in olive groves and cypress trees.
