With the opening of the new Palmarina Bodrum, there is a new boost of trendy life setting in already. As evidenced by the mega-yachts, excellent restaurants and trendy shops within the marina complex, Yalikavak is most certainly going places. Land prices are increasing, which soon will translate to steep increases in property prices.  From lifestyle and investment viewpoints, we highly recommend the area.
